Remote Support
We provide remote access to your servers and PC's so we can respond to problems as quickly as possible. Through the use of remote control software most response and resolution times are kept to a minimum.
As a security measure remote access can only be instigated by you, preventing any unauthorised remote access to your systems. In addition, all remote access is encrypted (e.g. SSL, secure VPN.)
On-site support
Wytech provide different levels of response times ranging from:
• 4 hour response
• 8 hour response
• Critical response

Scheduled health checks & maintenance tasks
